How do I assign a Rescue Card to a specific staff member?

To ensure emergency responders know exactly who needs help, you must assign each card to an individual. You can manage this in the dashboard or the Rescue app by navigating to your Devices list, selecting the specific card, clicking "Assign Card", and searching for the staff member's name. 
  1. From the left-hand navigation bar, click "Devices"
  2. Locate the Rescue Card from your list of devices
  3. Click the Gear icon to the right of the specific device you wish to assign
  4. Scroll down until you see "Assign Users"
  5. Click the dropdown, and select the user you'd like to assign the Card to
  6. Click the green "Save" button
  7. Your Rescue Card is now assigned to that user!
