Resetting Your Password or Recovering a Locked Account

If you cannot log into your Rescue account, here is how to get back in quickly.

Resetting your password

Go to app.punchrescue.com and click Forgot password on the login screen. Enter your email address and a password reset link will be sent to your inbox. Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password. The reset link expires after a short window. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If the email does not arrive, contact support@punchrescue.com.

Changing your password while logged in

Open the Rescue Mobile app, tap your profile icon, and select Change Password. Alternatively, log into app.punchrescue.com, click your profile, and update your password from your account settings.

If you are locked out entirely

If your account has been deactivated, your email is not recognized, or you believe your account was removed, contact support@punchrescue.com with your name, organization name, and the email address associated with your account. The support team can verify your identity and restore access.
