How do I add new staff to the system?
Go to app.punchrescue.com > Users > Add User. Enter their name, email address, and mobile phone number. Assign their role:
- Responder: For anyone who should receive emergency notifications
- User: For general Card carriers who are not designated responders
- Admin: For anyone who needs to manage the system; individual page access can be customized
- Super Admin: For anyone who needs full access to the Dashboard and system
Once their account is created, they will receive an email invitation. For Card-carrying staff, assign their Card using BLE or QR Connect in the Rescue Mobile app or app.punchrescue.com.
