Can multiple staff share a Card?

Each Card should be assigned to one specific named staff member. However, some organizations may assign a Card to a specific area with frequently rotating shifts, such as the Front Desk or Reception. If multiple people share a Card, when the Card triggers an emergency, responders will not see a specific person's name but rather "Front Desk" or "Reception", depending on what you've named the Card. For full coverage, every staff member who needs protection should have their own Card. Contact support@punchrescue.com to discuss adding Cards to your deployment.
