How do staff trigger an emergency with a Rescue Card?

Rescue Cards have three button actions. What each action does — which alert level it triggers, who gets notified, and whether 911 is contacted — is configured per organization in the dashboard under Settings > Configure > Rescue Actions.

  • 1 press — short press
  • 3 presses — triple press
  • Press and hold 3+ seconds — long press

To see exactly what each action does for your organization, go to Settings > Configure > Rescue Actions. If you do not have access to configuration settings, ask your organization's administrator.
